I was born and raised in Colorado and was fortunate to have spent most of that time in or near the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I have family from all over the Southwest so no matter where I am it feels like home. My wife is my best friend and we have five great children. I love participating in their various activities and sharing their achievements as I watch them grow into unique individuals. Spending time with my family is my favorite activity. We enjoy doing things outside, working on projects and watching fun videos together. My faith is very important to me and I enjoy being involved at various levels within the church.
I had the privilege of receiving my dental training from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics. While in school I took advantage of as many outreach opportunities as I could which included working with geriatric and special needs adults, community dental clinics, pediatric dentistry, and a mission trip to provide dental services to orphans in Cambodia.

I have been working for this practice ever since. I was drawn to this dentistry office originally because of the warm and inviting atmosphere and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care. After ten years of being with this amazing practice, I am thrilled to be part of the transition to Pueblo del Sol Dental, with Dr. Israelsen and Dr. Trujillo, knowing the same standards of excellence will continue.
